1-on-1: Individual sessions
In working with you individually, I am fully present and open to you as you are and to what you bring to our work together (pain, problems, blocks, questions...). In this loving, intuitive presence, what is needed will become very clear: either to you, or to me, or to both. You will feel drawn to a certain healing modality (or several), and in following my own intuitive sense and guidance, I will also suggest what would be appropriate.
Below, you will find different modalities or ways of receiving help. They are tools I use, and they address different levels (physical, energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual). They flow into the work we do as they are needed and useful. In looking at them, let your attention be drawn to what speaks to you, and trust that it's guiding you perfectly. When we are ready to heal deeply, grow, and transform, at whatever level, there will be loving guidance to what is needed, always.

Spiritual mentoring:
What is it that your life is really all about? How can suffering give way to acceptance and deep peace? How can Love be the ultimate reality of yourself and your life, no matter what happens? In spiritual mentoring, we touch into what is ultimately true, however this reveals itself in the moment. 
Heart of Love counseling:
Heart of Love is a psycho-spiritual approach that I have developed over the last 20 years of working with people therapeutically. It is gentle yet powerful in its impact, as it works to free our life force from the mental and emotional blocks that stand in the way of a more authentic, loving and joy-filled life. 
Heart of Love healing:
The essence of this work lies in the quality of the energy that it expresses and transmits: the energy of pure love. During a session, you are held in this energy, and whatever other therapeutic modalities are used convey the harmonious, peaceful and deeply nurturing and healing qualities of this Love.

These past few weeks have been interesting. I've been feeling much more at peace and connected with my heart, and the sharp pains that would hit the chest area now seem to have stopped. Thanks for creating a space where being at peace is possible. The obsessive negative thoughts about my mother have eased up quite a bit, although they haven't stopped completely. I wanted to write after our last session to let you know that that night I had a wonderful, gentle conversation with my partner about the patterns we get into and how they fail to serve either of us. Intuitive bodywork:
In working with the body, I listen to its energy and messages and respond as is needed. I will often combine this work with counseling (for mental/emotional issues), or with therapeutic massage (for physical problems or injuries). Healing can happen at all levels, physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. 
Living Love couple counseling:
How can we let crises in our relationships become opportunities to deepen in our love for one another, to reach more clarity about our own needs and those of the other, and to be more intimate with each other especially in vulnerable moments? Love calls us to be real, truthful, and courageous, with ourselves and with our loved ones.
