'Spa for the Soul': Meditation retreats
An invitation to come to rest deeply in the heart of your own being, and to experience the stillness that you are. These retreats are now offered from time to time, and will take place either locally in Montreal or online, depending on the covid situation.
To find out more about these or the now online version, please sign up to the Meditation mailing list. You can also check out the instructions page.

NB: During the Covid-19 social distancing era, this retreat is offered as a two-hour online meditation retreat.
The format is as follows: We 'check in' at the beginning so as to arrive with each other and in the online space. I do some chanting to lead into the meditation. We do at least two periods of meditation, including a heart-based meditation. There is space for questions or sharing either between the meditations or at the end. As always, the retreat unfolds in its own sweet way. I look forward to sharing this new format with you!
Upon registering, you will get instructions how to join the retreat via the zoom platform, and how to set yourself up for the retreat. The instructions are also available HERE.

What people said about previous meditation retreat days:
Dear Grace, I want to say again how much I enjoyed the retreat with you on Saturday. It did me a world of good and I have felt a lot of light since then and a strong vibration in the third eye. And the experience has reminded me of what I miss in meditation, as I have not been very disciplined about it lately. I am very grateful and feel I have regained a part of myself. Mary
Diving truly into a lake of stillness and really connecting to loving myself and others, through a process of healing by chanting and by meditation. Beautiful group energy. Thank you, Grace, thank you to all for these blessings of the heart. Gerard Grugeau
Thank you, Grace, for making these retreats possible, they are special moments. And what a beautiful discovery the heart meditation was for me. It was a pleasure to be with you all! Sylvain Delisle
It was exactly what I needed. Grace created the perfect space for me to re-center, nurture and ground myself, as well as express myself through chant and make new discoveries. Thank you for this gift, Grace. Mel Sirois

I joined your online meditation last night on YouTube. Thank you for your beautiful presence and loving voice. I felt that I was being wrapped in blankets with just your calming voice for company - thank you so much. David Edge, UK |

You can download this handout with quite detailed suggestions. It's a bit dated, but people still find it very useful.
